Doug's Mac and Cheese

Mac & Cheese


Taste this and you may never want it out of The Box again.

about 2 cups of whole wheat pasta(elbow macaroni, couscous, penne, bowties, shells, orzo - whichever pasta you have)  barley works too.
about a half cup of Cilantro-onion-basil sauce
 1 - 2 table spoon of pepper sauce  - according to taste.  Start off light with this one.
fry a mixture of olives, pepperoni, salami, linguica pieces
mix the pasta, cilantro-onion-basil sauce and pepper paste together and the olive-pepperoni-salami linguica mix together in a bowl.
put in a cake pan and bake at 400 for about 10 -15 minutes.  Stir it 2 or three times while baking.
add cheese 1 part blue cheese chunks to 2 parts extra extra sharp cheddar to taste
put back in the oven for about 3-5 minutes
stir it well
add a little Parmesan cheese to the top
put it back in the oven for another 3 - 5 minutes
add chopped up green onions for a garnish
then serve
