Dougs-Pepper-Paste

Dougs-Pepper-Paste

Grind up using an electric mixer (shown below), blender or juicer (electric mixer recommended) a mixture of a handful of serrano peppers, a half a handful of habanero peppers, cajun spice, and about a ½  cup of malt vinegar or buffalo sauce and Sriracha hot chile sauce
Measurements aren’t precise.

NOTE
There will be some strong fumes while this is being mixed and during the clean-up.  Whatever is used to mix this and whatever comes in contact with the peppers will have to be cleaned well or whatever is made next using these items may be tainted with heat.  If a juicer or blender is used, make sure it can be taken apart for cleaning.  This is my recommendation for a cleaner.  It will even take the ” heat” off of your hands so face and eyes can safely be touched.   Dish Wash Concentrate.
