Time for Campaign Finance Reform and maybe for some House Cleaning

It seems to me that it is getting more and more difficult to get decision makers to listen to us- the American people.  They appear to listen while they are campagning but once in office they forget about us and pay more attention to the ones who contributed the most money to their campagns - of course there are some exceptions to this.  There are a few that actually give the people more then just lip service but they are a minority.  A big part of the problem is that those with the most money are able to make the bigger campaign contributions.   Unfortunately the court decision Citizens United Vs Federal Election Commission that was made on January 21, 2010 made this worse.  Maybe now would be a good time to write our own Campaign Finance Reform Bill and present it to all members of the U. S. House and Senate.  Those who will sponsor it get our support.  We start a recall campaign against those who won't support it.  Maybe there are other things that a lot of us would like to see done but until an action such as this is taken, it's going to get progressively more difficult to get the things we really want done and what we do get passed won't be passed without loopholes.  I think it's time to take back the government from the big corporations. Let’s stand together on this.  This is being addressed to more than one organization.
