Streamline the tax structure
The ideas here are to reduce administrative costs of taxation.
Government employees should be exempt from paying taxes to the government entity they are working for whether it's the Federal, State or a local gpvernment. Instead of paying taxes to that entity, they should just have their paycheck reduced slightly. If this is the only income they are receiving, they should not be required to file a tax return to the government entity they are employed by.
People who make less of then poverty level income should be exempt from paying taxes. Poverty level would need to be based on the cost of living in the area where the person lives. Many of the people who are living on those incomes are going to end up applying for some sort of public assistance. if they are not taxed that's less public assistance they have to apply for.

Alfalfa the Great Healer
Alfalfa, called by one eminent biologist, "THE GREAT HEALER", has been enthusiastically backed by many noted doctors, biologists, food and health authorities, who tell us that it contains more of the needed essential elements than almost any other plant or substance. The lack of elements is now considered to be one of the principal contributing causes of most human ailments.
Along with its other amazing qualities, it has been found that alfalfa contains Vitamin U. Dr. Garnett Chaney, well-known food scientist of Stanford University, CA, has published his findings on Vitamin U, and asserts that it has great possibilities as as aid for peptic ulcers. In fact, according to the record, 80% of the ulcers so treated were healed.
Alfalfa is the richest land grown source of trace minerals. The roots of this perennial plant burrow deep into the soil and absorb the important trace minerals and elements such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorous. Combined with chlorophyll and other organic salts, these factors seem to balance the so-called salt system of the body and act as a natural diuretic.
Alfalfa is most important for its Vitamin A and enzyme content. Vitamin A is important in building healthy skin, both outer and inner skin. The outer skin complexion improves, dryness is prevented and the skin becomes less susceptible to infection. The inner skin, or mucous membrane, is also greatly aided. The lining of the throat, nose, stomach and intestines are all improved with Vitamin A.
Enzymes are organic catalysts which promote chemical changes. Alfalfa contains the following seven enzymes: Protase, which acts in the digestion of proteins: Coagulase, Emulsin and Peroxidase, which have direct action upon the blood: Amylase and Invertase which act in the conversion of starches and sugars: and Lipase, a fat splitting enzyme. Hence, Alfalfa greatly assists digestion both by promoting healthy mucous membrane tissue, and providing enzymes which convert foods into useable form. As many or our enzymes are destroyed by routine cooking and food processing, it is beneficial to take a few alfalfa tabs before each meal.
The use of alfalfa increases one's alkaline reserves and helps to offset the enervating effect of fatigue acids. It is beneficial to who have kidney or bladder trouble because it makes excretion of the kidney less acid and therefore less irritating to the urinary tract. The U.S.Dept. of Agriculture states that while the average fruit or vegetable is from one to ten units alkaline, alfalfa is 130 units alkaline. This alkaline nature makes the use of anti-acid tablets for digestion unnecessary.
Chlorophyll is plentiful in alfalfa, and chlorophyll is known as a body cleanser, infection fighter and nature's deodorizer. This wonder of nature possesses the property of breaking down poisonous carbon dioxide, releasing oxygen in turn, thus inhibiting or reducing the action of anaerobic bacteria. Try this experiment. If your dog has bad odor or bad smelly breath try crushing a couple of alfalfa tabs on his food.
Alfalfa is rich in Vitamin K, which helps develop fibrin, which in turn protects against hemorrhaging by helping the blood to clot properly. It contains 20,000 to 40,000 units of Vitamin K for every 100 grams.
Alfalfa is being used as a means of bringing relief to arthritis sufferers and there are approximately 10,000,000 arthritics today. The estimate is that 97% of all individuals over 40 have some form of arthritic disease. These individuals would do their aching joints a blessed favor by consuming some alfalfa in the tablet form. Patients who have had 18 alfalfa tablets, six, three times a day and some extra B-COMPLEX are free from pain and hands are limber. (Catharyn Elwood's "Feel Like a Million".)
From the 2003 Shaklee catalog, page 19: "includes alfalfa, spearmint, and more; contains no fungicides, bacteriocides, synthetic hormones, growth regulators, or chemicals; 10 Alfalfa Complex tablets provide 300 mg of calcium, about as much calcium as in a glass of milk."

"We have shown that some metabolites of Omega-3 have the ability to selectively kill the leukemia-causing stem cells in mice. The important thing is that the mice were completely cured of leukemia with no relapse." -Sandeep Prabhu
NOTE FROM FOUNDING EDITOR: I'm sorry for those of you whom this discovery may be coming too late. Though it may take some time before the patent is approved, if it is granted, its value will be beyond comprehension, both in what it will accomplish and its monetary worth. -Steve Shultz
(Pennsylvania) - A compound produced from fish oil that appears to target leukemia stem cells could lead to a cure for the disease, according to Penn State researchers.
The compound - delta-12-protaglandin J3, or D12-PGJ3 - targeted and killed the stem cells of chronic myelogenous leukemia, or CML, in mice, said Sandeep Prabhu, associate professor of immunology and molecular toxicology in the Department of Veterinary and Medical Sciences. The compound is produced from EPA - Eicosapentaenoic Acid - an Omega-3 fatty acid found in fish and in fish oil, he said. (Photo: The compound shown above is D12-PGJ2, which closely resembles delta-12-protaglandin J3, or D12-PGJ3, a compound that targeted and killed the stem cells of chronic myelogenous leukemia or CML in mice. "Research in the past on fatty acids has shown the health benefits of fatty acids on cardiovascular system and brain development, particularly in infants, but we have shown that some metabolites of Omega-3 have the ability to selectively kill the leukemia-causing stem cells in mice," said Prabhu. "The important thing is that the mice were completely cured of leukemia with no relapse."
The researchers, who released their findings in the current issue of Blood, said the compound kills cancer-causing stem cells in the mice's spleen and bone marrow. Specifically, it activates a gene - p53 - in the leukemia stem cell that programs the cell's own death.
"p53 is a tumor suppressor gene that regulates the response to DNA damage and maintains genomic stability," Prabhu said.
Killing the stem cells in leukemia, a cancer of the white blood cells, is important because stem cells can divide and produce more cancer cells, as well as create more stem cells, Prabhu said.
The current therapy for CML extends the patient's life by keeping the number of leukemia cells low, but the drugs fail to completely cure the disease because they do not target leukemia stem cells, said Robert Paulson, associate professor of veterinary and biomedical sciences, who co-directed this research with Prabhu.
"The patients must take the drugs continuously," said Paulson. "If they stop, the disease relapses because the leukemia stem cells are resistant to the drugs."
Current treatments are unable to kill the leukemia stem cells, Paulson said.
"These stem cells can hide from the treatment, and a small population of stem cells give rise to more leukemia cells," said Paulson. "So, targeting the stem cells is essential if you want to cure leukemia."
During the experiments, the researchers injected each mouse with about 600 nanograms of D12-PGJ3 each day for a week. Tests showed that the mice were completely cured of the disease. The blood count was normal, and the spleen returned to normal size. The disease did not relapse.
In previous experiments, the compound also killed the stem cells of Friend Virus-induced leukemia, an experimental model for human leukemia.
The researchers focused on D12-PGJ3 because it killed the leukemia stem cells, but had the least number of side effects. The researchers currently are working to determine whether the compound can be used to treat the terminal stage of CML, referred to as Blast Crisis. There are currently no drugs available that can treat the disease when it progresses to this stage.
The researchers, who applied for a patent, are also preparing to test the compound in human trials.

A Florida Court Sets Atheist Holy Day!
Gotta love this Judge!
You must read this......
A proper decision by the courts...
for a change.
A FLORIDA COURT SETS
ATHEIST HOLY DAY
In Florida , an atheist created a case against Easter and Passover Holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians and Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.
The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring, "Case dismissed!"
The lawyer immediately stood and objecting to the ruling saying,
"Your honor, How can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas, Easter and others.
The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays..."
The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do. Your client, counselor, is woefully ignorant."
The lawyer said," Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holiday for atheists."
The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day. Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.' Thus, it is the opinion of this court, that, if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefore,
April 1st is his day.
Court is adjourned..."
You gotta love a Judge that knows his scripture!
This is too good not to forward!

Message about Nutrition from Dr. Steve Chaney
The two biggest misconceptions that people have about supplementation;
#1: Supplementation can cure disease.
I don't know how many times I've been asked "I have
"disease X". What supplements should I take? - as if
supplements were drugs that can be taken to cure a
disease.
We shouldn't think of supplements as drugs that cure
diseases. We should think of them as providing the
nutrients that are the building blocks of health - or
perhaps the ammunition that the body uses to fight
diseases.
Diseases, after all, are an abnormal state of being,
and our bodies have an amazing capacity to fight those
diseases.
When we have infections or cancer our body activates
its immune system to fight it.
When we have inflammation our body tries to put out the
fire.
When we have damage to our DNA - our genetic
information - our body tries to repair it. The list is
almost endless. Our bodies are wondrously designed!
Our immune systems require nutrients like protein, B
vitamins, antioxidants, zinc and iron.
The omega-3 fatty acids, anti-oxidants and polyphenols
like resveratrol are anti-inflammatory.
Nutrients like antioxidants and polyphenols support DNA
repair.
So proper diet and supplementation are not "magic
bullets" that cure diseases. They are simply the
building blocks that allow the body to do what it does
best. And because no two of us are alike the nutrients
that we need the most to allow our bodies to do their
job efficiently may be different for each one of us.
So while there is no magic food or supplement that will
cure a specific disease, a healthy diet and a holistic
approach to supplementation can often work wonders.
#2) It doesn't matter what you eat.
This is the flip side of the coin. I often come across
people who have been told by the "experts" that the
cause of their disease was not related to diet so they
shouldn't worry about what they eat and supplementation
will not do any good.
Let's take the most extreme example - genetically
caused diseases or serious degenerative diseases like
multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's for which the causes
are still not fully understood.
It is generally true that these diseases were not
caused by poor diet (MS may be the exception because
there is some evidence that it can be caused by
inadequate vitamin D during childhood). And I know many
people who take the "expert's" advice to heart and eat
whatever they like and consider supplementation a waste
of money.
Is that a sound approach? Let's consider.
Any nutritionist will tell you that an inadequate diet
can lead to malaise, low energy, inflammation, weakened
immune system and impaired wound healing - just to name
a few maladies. Even if you don't end up with the
symptoms of a nutritional deficiency a poor diet can
rob you of energy and vitality.
If you layer the consequences of a poor diet on top of
the underlying disease, your chances of being able to
cope with the disease and function optimally are
greatly diminished.
I have come across many people with very serious
diseases who are able to function at a very high level
through proper diet and a holistic approach to
supplementation.
Diet and supplementation did not cure their disease as
they quickly discover if they stop supplementing and go
back to the way they used to eat, but in many cases you
would consider them to be perfectly healthy as long as
they keep doing what they have been doing.
So what is the bottom line for you?
1) There is no perfect food or supplement that is
capable of curing disease, but if you give your body
the nutrients that it needs it often has the ability to
cure itself.
2) Proper diet and supplementation can make a
difference even if the disease was not caused by poor
nutrition.
3) Each of us have unique nutritional needs so in both
cases a holistic approach to diet and supplementation
is best.

A BATTLE WITH FIBROMYALGIA
Just a couple short years ago, I went through one of the darkest times in my life. I’ve never really written about it in full detail, but I feel like there are many other people out there who struggle with this that need to know there IS Hope! It doesn’t have to be this way forever.
After losing our son Hosea, experiencing a couple job losses, a move, and another pregnancy and birth, my body said, “All done!” It was bad enough to be walking through the deepest loss I could ever imagine when I found our one month old baby boy’s lifeless body in his baby bed, but now my body was manifesting all sorts of symptoms that left me pretty much dysfunctional in normal, daily life. With three other children to care for, a business to run, and a husband to love, I felt desperate for something to change!
It was immediately following the birth of our 4th child, Asher, that I started to experience unbelievable pain. I had pain from head to toe…so bad my hair even hurt. Light hurt. It was like the light penetrated through my body and would send shooting pain down my spine and through my skull. The pain was so intense that I lived in a constant state of nauseousness. I dreaded going to sleep at night because the sheets hurt and my pillow hurt. I would wake up in worse pain then when I laid down I felt so bad for my husband who patiently loved me through every morning episode of tears and working my feet to the floor to take the first painful step. The worst was waking up with a migraine after a full night’s sleep. I had somewhere between 15-20 days with a migraine every month. I would get one and it would last sometimes for 4-5 days. Nathan had to come pick me up from stores at times because I would have a migraine so bad that I couldn’t see straight.
HEALING FOR ME WAS 3-FOLD
1. Physical
- Vitalizer (the foundational nutrients EVERYONE needs in a handy 30 day pack)
- Protein (I used Cinch)
- Vivix (This was big for me! Reverses aging at the cellular level. This disease causes cell deterioration and pre-mature aging of cells, causing all the symptoms. Vivix is proven to reverse the 4 key mechanisms of cellular aging. I noticed a huge difference)
